On 30th March 2026, a remarkable event took place at the Anna Centenary Hall that brought together some of the most inspiring women from across Tamil Nadu. The “Kanmani Kavithaigal” book release function became the stage to honour 100 women who have made significant contributions in various fields. Among them, our Managing Trustee Ms. A. Jesintha and Administrator Ms. Janet Preethi received awards recognizing their dedication and impact. VOICE Trust was honoured under the Social Service Category, marking a proud
milestone in our journey toward community development.

Honouring Dedication and Impact
The recognition of Ms. Jesintha and Ms. Preethi highlights the tireless work VOICE Trust has done in serving marginalized communities. This award is not just a personal achievement for them but a reflection of the collective effort of the entire team. Their leadership has driven initiatives that promote child rights, support women’s empowerment, and foster sustainable development.
This event celebrated women who have shown resilience, compassion, and leadership. Being part of this group of 100 inspiring women places VOICE Trust in a distinguished position, encouraging us to continue our mission with even greater enthusiasm.
The Importance of Recognizing Social Service
Social service often goes unnoticed despite its critical role in shaping communities. Awards like these bring visibility to the work done behind the scenes and motivate organizations to push forward. For VOICE Trust, this recognition:
Validates years of hard work and commitment
Strengthens our resolve to address social challenges
Encourages collaboration with partners and community members
By honouring those who serve selflessly, the event inspires others to contribute meaningfully to society.
How VOICE Trust Makes a Difference
VOICE Trust’s work spans several key areas that directly impact the lives of vulnerable groups. Some examples include:
Child Rights Advocacy: Ensuring children have access to education, healthcare, and protection from exploitation.
Women’s Empowerment: Providing skills training and support networks to help women achieve financial independence.
Community Development: Implementing sustainable projects that improve living conditions and promote environmental awareness.
These efforts have led to measurable improvements in the communities we serve. For instance, our child education programs have increased school attendance rates by over 20% in targeted areas over the past three years.
A Moment of Pride and Purpose
Receiving this award is a moment of pride for VOICE Trust, but it also serves as a reminder of the responsibility we carry. It reflects the dedication and compassion that drive our work every day. The honour motivates us to deepen our impact and reach more people in need.
Our team’s commitment to social service is unwavering. This recognition fuels our passion to continue advocating for child rights and sustainable development. It also strengthens the bonds with our supporters and partners who share our vision.
Moving Forward with Greater Commitment
Awards like the one received at the “Kanmani Kavithaigal” function inspire us to work harder and aim higher. VOICE Trust is dedicated to creating meaningful change and contributing to the progress and well-being of society. We plan to:
Expand our outreach programs to more remote and underserved communities
Enhance training and capacity-building for women and youth
Foster stronger partnerships with local organizations and government bodies
Our goal is to build a future where every individual has the opportunity to thrive, regardless of their background.
Gratitude to Our Supporters and Community
None of this would be possible without the continuous support of our donors, volunteers, partners, and community members. Their belief in our mission and active participation have been crucial to our success. We extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who stands with us on this journey.
Together, we can continue to make a difference and uplift the lives of those who need it most.
