EZHUMIN SPECIAL SCHOOL

Ezhumin Special School is a dedicated initiative of VOICE Trust, established in Siruganur village, Tiruchirappalli District, to address the lack of accessible education and rehabilitation services for children with disabilities in rural communities. VOICE Trust, a grassroots organization working since 1985, has long been committed to inclusive and community-based development for vulnerable groups. (Voice Trust). ​Launched in response to this urgent need, the school currently supports around 22 children with diverse disabilities from nearby villages—many of whom previously had no access to specialized care or learning opportunities.

At Ezhumin Special School, we believe that every child has the right to learn, grow, and live with dignity. Our approach is rooted in individualized care and inclusive development.

• Special Education tailored to each child’s abilities

• Physiotherapy & Speech Therapy for functional improvement

• Nutritious Meals to support health and development

• Basic Medical Care & Monitoring

• Free Transportation for children from surrounding villages​
